Our afterschool program is one of the largest ones in Montgomery County, Maryland. Since 2015, we have provided children of ages 5 to 13 with a nurturing afterschool experience with enthusiasm and professionalism, where we supervise their homework and provide a variety of enriching and creative activities they can participate in such as STEM, Chinese, academics, sports, leadership, music, drama, and so on. Our program offers children opportunities to develop leadership and decision-making skills, improve their academic performance via our structured system and positive reinforcement, and offer the kind of flexibility that our students’ families need.
At CCACC Academy’s afterschool program, we provide effective instruction and differentiated tutoring for students’ academic development, which connects to grade-level benchmarks, standards, and common core curriculum. The goal of the afterschool program is to increase students’ achievement through engaging, rigorous, and inspirational activities.

Afterschool Program Participants: $60/day
Non-Afterschool Program Participants: $80/day
During the school year, even when MCPS is closed, CCACC Academy is open as usual for learning and fun!

Afterschool Program Fees
The daily fee for our Afterschool Program depends on how many days per week your child is enrolled.
Total costs are determined by two factors:
The number of days per week your child attends.
Which specific days your child attends.
For example, students enrolled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays will meet more often than those attending on Mondays or Fridays, since CCACC Academy follows the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) calendar.
MCPS closures for federal holidays, Winter & Spring Breaks, Professional Days, and Early Release Days affect the total number of program days—and therefore, the total cost.

More meeting days = higher total cost
Fewer meeting days = lower total cost
We offer safe and reliable transportation for many of our Afterschool Program participants.
Currently, we serve five MCPS schools. Please ask about transportation availability during registration.
School Bus Transportation: $25 per semester
Some courses may require additional materials or transportation fees
We understand that plans can change! Our refund policy is as follows:
Withdraw before the semester begins: Full refund.
Withdraw within the first week: Charged for one week of class; the rest credited toward future CCACC courses.
Withdraw within the first two weeks: Charged for two weeks of class + $100 processing fee; remaining balance credited toward future CCACC courses.
Withdraw after the first two weeks: No refund or credit.
If moving out of the area: Four weeks’ advance notice required for possible refund consideration.
